Free Mover (Tartu Ülikool)

Visiting student is an opportunity to study in the university that you are interested in. As a rule, all EU universities have this program and you literally can choose from all EU universities (and it doesn't matter if it is a partner of your home university or not). To participate in this program you need to contact the International Office of the university, that you would like to study in and negotiate your studying independently and in case of luck you need to arrange this exchange semester and approve the courses list that you will take in the inviting university and how they will be transferred to the home university. This program doesn't provide with the scholarship and in some cases depending on the university maybe it will be needed to pay tuition fee, but right now a lot of EU universities make an exception for students from Ukraine and there is no need to pay tuition fee.
