Erasmus+ exchange period usually lasts for 1 semester(6 months), however I got a chance to extend it to 1 years (2 semesters) and study at one of the best universities of the Netherlands - University of Groningen. Due to the fact that I study Marketing in my home university, the closest field of study in the receiving institution was IB - International Business. I had the opportunity not only to deepen my knowledge in marketing, but also learn some basics of foreign direct investments, innovation management and teamwork. What is important to mention is the communication skills I gained and the cultural diversity I acknowledged during my exchange. These skills are the inevitable part of my personal growth and I truly believe this is what changed my perception of the world. Overall all the expertise I gained will pay off in the long run while setting my own business or just sharing my experience with others.
